By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and orders

Every item is printed to order after payment is confirmed. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies to that order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product.

We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if there is a pricing or product-information error, a suspected fraudulent payment, or a fulfillment problem. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away at support@wearscrawl.com. Because production begins quickly, we can't guarantee that we can change an order once it is placed.

Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping & Fulfillment page and shown at checkout. Returns are covered on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Promo codes

Promo codes, including the welcome discount offered when you join our email list, are for one-time use unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe when you place your order. We do not store your full payment card details.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs and site content are owned by Scrawl and may not be reproduced, printed elsewhere or used commercially without our written permission.

Use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrawl is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
