This Privacy Policy explains what information Scrawl ("we," "us") collects when you visit or buy from wearscrawl.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping address and payment details, entered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Newsletter information: your email address if you sign up for our list.
- Messages: anything you send us when you email support@wearscrawl.com.
- Basic usage information: pages visited, general location, device and browser type, collected by our site analytics.
How we use it
- To process and fulfill your order, including sending your shipping details to our print-on-demand partner so they can print and ship your items.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To send marketing emails, such as new designs and your welcome discount, only if you signed up for them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To answer your questions, prevent fraud, and improve the site.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store:
- Stripe processes payments and stores the contact details of customers and newsletter subscribers.
- Printful prints and ships your order, so it receives your name, shipping address and order details.
- Resend sends our emails on our behalf.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your bag and your wishlist between visits. Our analytics do not use cookies to track you across other websites. If we later add advertising tools, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also email support@wearscrawl.com to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within 45 days. California residents have the rights to know, delete, and correct their personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Payments and data are handled through established providers using encryption in transit. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
